At Ginger Fox, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns or exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
